Cattle Traceability

WAGYU FARMS OF JAPAN takes traceability very seriously as a matter of business policy. In every cattle farm, each Wagyu cattle has yellow-coloured bar codes on both ears. When a Wagyu breeder uses his cell phones to scan the bar codes, all the pertinent data on that particular cattle appears online, enabling the most detailed elements on a particular cattle to be known; medical history, parentage and lineage, birthplace, breeding technique, vitamins, feeds, vital statistics, succession of owners, etc.
