1. Purchase of chilled or frozen beef separated according to Wagyu parts in boxes containing special vacuum-packed bags;
    2. Each vacuum packed bag of chilled or frozen beef based on 7-9 kilos maximum for each Wagyu cut respectively; and
    marbling grades, as documented with Certificates of Authenticity:
    1. A3 grade with BMS 3-4;
    2. A4 grade with BMS 5-6;
    3. A4 grade with BMS 7;
    4. A5 grade with BMS 8-9;
    5. A5 grade with BMS 10-11; and
    6. A5 grade with BMS 12.

    4. Prices fluctuate with market forces, currency rates and airline fuel charge. Write us your desired orders and quantity and we shall end you a price quote including shipping cost to export destination of the nearest airport.
    5. Your ordered items will come with the following documents as required by Japanese laws:
    1. Animal health certification from a certifying body;
    2. Animal birth origin and breeding certificate confirming Wagyu authenticity;
    3. Packing list [whole carcass will be in 20-21 boxes];
    4. Final Commercial Invoice denominated in Yen currency;
    5. Japanese Grading Association Certificate on grade of “beef marbling standard”; and
    6. Confirmation of Japanese Wagyu Export sales tax payment of ten (10%) percent;
    7. Halal Certificate [for Middle East and Islam States] issued by the Japan Islamic Trust.

    6. Wagyu parts will not be mixed and will be placed in special boxes vacuum packed in 5-7 kilos Wagyu blocks each and frozen.
